"We have worked with Nick for over 3 years on both phases of our home’s renovations including internal remodelling and an extension.
We had a very good idea of what we wanted to achieve, but it was Nick’s understanding of space and the flow within the house which provided an amazing design, particularly for the second phase which was the most complex project.
We used different key building contractors for each phase. Our continuity throughout was Nick. His Stakeholder Management skills are first class. He provided amazing support to us and has been extremely responsive to all queries, no matter how big or small. He was excellent throughout the journey liaising with all our key contractors and City of Edinburgh planning department.
He always understood that we had to work within budget and provided practical advice during the build phase. He was an excellent facilitator between ourselves and our building contractors when technical or budget discussions were required.
